Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,554 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Regulation of chromatin organization, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
