Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB7A, TDP2, and BCL2L2. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM10 versus RAB7A in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
