The most reproducible RBM10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Central nervous system neuron development, Regulation of osteoblast proliferation, and Gephyrin clustering involved in postsynaptic density assembly. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
