Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 296 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1MW3, ASB17, and C12orf40. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1MW3 grouped by RBM10-low versus RBM10-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
