Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,019 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, RPL38, and DDAH1. Each is linked with RBL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBL2 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
