Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,487 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F3, CENPO, and BCL2L12. Each is linked with RBL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBL2 versus E2F3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
