Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A13, GBP5, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with RBL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A13 grouped by RBL2-low versus RBL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
