RBL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,400 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME3IP1, IST1, and LONP2. Each is linked with RBL2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBL2 versus PSME3IP1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
