Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly. Each is linked with RBL2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of organelle assembly grouped by RBL2-low versus RBL2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
