RBL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTT2, OR1L3, and IL17F. Each is linked with RBL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTT2 grouped by RBL2-low versus RBL2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
