RBL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, TOP2A_S1247, and TPX2. Each is linked with RBL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBL1 versus TOP2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
