Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBKS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,443 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBKS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPR, BAZ1B_S349, and CYB5R1. Each is linked with RBKS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBKS-to-partner and partner-to-RBKS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBKS versus SPR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
