Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBKS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-11, MYL10, and SCGB3A2. Each is linked with RBKS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBKS-to-partner and partner-to-RBKS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-11 grouped by RBKS-low versus RBKS-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
