Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBIS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,214 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBIS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD1, POP1, and VCPIP1. Each is linked with RBIS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBIS-to-partner and partner-to-RBIS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBIS versus NUDCD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
