Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBIS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,939 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT8, MTERF3, and DCAF13. Each is linked with RBIS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBIS-to-partner and partner-to-RBIS results are reported.
