Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBIS mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with RBIS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBIS-to-partner and partner-to-RBIS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by RBIS-low versus RBIS-high in CESC.
