RBFOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBFOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,388 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SVIL, PPFIBP1, and PPIF. Each is linked with RBFOX2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBFOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBFOX2 versus SVIL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
