RBFOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBFOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADD1, MTX2, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with RBFOX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFOX1-to-partner and partner-to-RBFOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBFOX1 versus ADD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
