RBFOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBFOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,765 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFASC, KCNH2, and ZNF273. Each is linked with RBFOX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFOX1-to-partner and partner-to-RBFOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBFOX1 versus NFASC in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
