RBFOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBFOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBFOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA5, SCGB1C1, and MROH5. Each is linked with RBFOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFOX1-to-partner and partner-to-RBFOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA5 grouped by RBFOX1-low versus RBFOX1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
