Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,738 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBFA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDP1, SMAD4, and ZNF24. Each is linked with RBFA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBFA-to-partner and partner-to-RBFA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBFA versus CTDP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
