RBCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,292 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP10, DDRGK1, and PSMF1. Each is linked with RBCK1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBCK1-to-partner and partner-to-RBCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBCK1 versus PARP10 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
