RBCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,254 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBCK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, RBCK1_S50, and MAVS. Each is linked with RBCK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBCK1-to-partner and partner-to-RBCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBCK1 versus TRMT6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
