Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SP110, IFI16, and TRANK1. Each is linked with RBCK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBCK1-to-partner and partner-to-RBCK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBCK1 versus SP110 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
