Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, ACC1, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with RBCK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBCK1-to-partner and partner-to-RBCK1 results are reported.
