RBCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRL, ST8SIA3, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with RBCK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBCK1-to-partner and partner-to-RBCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRL grouped by RBCK1-low versus RBCK1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
