Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBBP8NL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBBP8NL data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RBBP8NL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBBP8NL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RBBP8NL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
