Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBBP8NL mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBBP8NL data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBBP8NL mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBBP8NL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where RBBP8NL mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
