Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP8NL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP8NL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLL1, SPAG5, and MCCC1. Each is linked with RBBP8NL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP8NL-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP8NL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBBP8NL versus TLL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBBP8NL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBBP8NL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
