RBBP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBBP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBBP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP2, OR10J1, and BPIFA2. Each is linked with RBBP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP8-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP2 grouped by RBBP8-low versus RBBP8-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBBP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBBP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
