RBBP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBBP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYAP1, CTPS2, and UBR7. Each is linked with RBBP7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP7-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBBP7 versus SYAP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
