Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLA1, CTPS2, and CENPI. Each is linked with RBBP7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP7-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBBP7 versus POLA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
