Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBBP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,856 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, Lagging strand elongation, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with RBBP7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP7-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA strand elongation grouped by RBBP7-low versus RBBP7-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
