Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBBP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,114 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBBP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPGDS, NEK2, and F13A1. Each is linked with RBBP6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP6-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP6 results are reported.
