Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBAK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBAK data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBAK Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBAK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RBAK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
