Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBAK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IAPP, LYZL4, and GUCA1A. Each is linked with RBAK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBAK-to-partner and partner-to-RBAK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IAPP grouped by RBAK-low versus RBAK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
