Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBAK-RBAKDN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBAK-RBAKDN data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RBAK-RBAKDN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBAK-RBAKDN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and PRAD are the cancer types where RBAK-RBAKDN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
