RB1CC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RB1CC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,882 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RB1CC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, VCPIP1, and RBM12B. Each is linked with RB1CC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1CC1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1CC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RB1CC1 versus YTHDF3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RB1CC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RB1CC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
