Across TCGA patient cohorts, RB1CC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,405 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RB1CC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1H, MRPL15, and ELOC. Each is linked with RB1CC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1CC1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1CC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RB1CC1 versus ATP6V1H in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
