Across TCGA cell cohorts, RB1CC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,273 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RB1CC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy of peroxisome, Pexophagy, and Regulation of protein lipidation. Each is linked with RB1CC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1CC1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1CC1 results are reported.
