Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,093 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RB1_S249, COG3, and RB1_T373. Each is linked with RB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RB1 versus RB1_S249 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
