RB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM2, DONSON, and E2F1. Each is linked with RB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM2 grouped by RB1-low versus RB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
