RB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 545 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, TCEAL5, and CLPSL1. Each is linked with RB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by RB1-low versus RB1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
