Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,431 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52E4, LORICRIN, and CRYGB. Each is linked with RAX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX2-to-partner and partner-to-RAX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAX2 versus OR52E4 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
