Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P7, SEPTIN14, and GIP. Each is linked with RAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX-to-partner and partner-to-RAX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P7 grouped by RAX-low versus RAX-high in UCEC.
