RAVER2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAVER2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,116 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAVER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REV1, METAP1, and ZNF443. Each is linked with RAVER2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER2-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAVER2 versus REV1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAVER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAVER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
