RAVER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAVER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAVER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF7, SRFBP1, and CENPU. Each is linked with RAVER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER2-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPSF7 grouped by RAVER2-low versus RAVER2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAVER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAVER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
