RASSF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,353 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASSF8_S129, PPFIBP1, and RASSF8_T131. Each is linked with RASSF8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF8-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF8 versus RASSF8_S129 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
