Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASSF7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASSF7 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RASSF7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASSF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where RASSF7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
