Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASSF7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASSF7 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher RASSF7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASSF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
PDAC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RASSF7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
